Abstract
In the field of slope stability analysis,the method of finite element is a creditable one,which can treat various complex borders of rock and soil mass and geological conditions,and is more and more widely applied.The article introduces the basic principle of the finite element method,and taking the reinforced high slope of k211 section of Ganyue expressway as the target of research and adopting the Phase 2.0 FEM analysis software developed by the Institute of Rocscience of Canada,analyzes the stability of the slope and obtains the figures of deformation,displacement diagrams,and stress diagrams for the slope mass.This method calculates,simulates and discloses the course of deformation and mechanism and also evaluates the effectiveness of reinforcement.
