Abstract
The paper investigates current emergency response and drills system situation in China,Europe,United States and other developed countries and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the status of emergency response and drills system in power industry at home and abroad.First,the paper summarizes the law and regulations specialized in power system emergency response and drills system in some developed countries such as US,Canada, UK as well as in China.Then from the aspects of the power industry accident classification,power industry emergency response plan system and power industry emergency response drills situation,some detailed descriptions in different countries are summarized.According to the research results,the comparison analysis of the emergency handle system at home and abroad is presented.Finally,according to research results,some comments and suggestions to improve the power industry emergency response and drills system in China are proposed.
