Abstract
The country’s continually tax rate reduction of export tax rebate on steel industry has led to the decline of steel export in the third quarter than that of the previous months since April,2007. This paper introduces the export rebate policies on steel industry,analyses the reason for taking these steps,presents the influence toward the steel industry and draws the active measures the steel industry should take.
