As a regulating linkage between quasi-ethic community ethic and individual ethic community ethic develops with the development of human being and changes with the degree of man's dependence upon community.During the historical period when man's freedom needs development community ethic should develop along the direction of quasi-ethic and individual ethic so asto play its regulative role well.This is a determined by the factors of reality philosophy the contradiction in its objectivity and the contradiction between ideal and reality.
