Abstract
With the progress and development of scientific technology and the improvement of living standard,many residential quarters have emerged in the country.Residential quarters must have equitable management pattern.Property management has emerged in this condition.In a residential quarter,many things must be handled.If something is handled inequitably,the contradiction will produce.To solve this question,modernization management is used.A property management system is designed to satisfy the need.This system use computer to manage the residential quarter.
