Abstract

Aim To enhance tourism competition as the only way to actualize the sustainable development of regional tourism. Methods Using the market-competitive-state model, the competitive state of source-markets terminal markets were counted and analyzed.Results ①In source-markets, golden-bull-market was 40%, Japan, America and Germany maintain improvement; thin-dog-market was 33%, Canada, Australia and Singapore have been resuscitated; child-market was 20%; and star-market was 7%. In terminal markets, child-market was 60%, annual increasing rate in Shangluo was more than 50% higher; Golden-bull-market was 20%; star-market was 10%, Xi′an is the only.And thin-dog-market was 10%, the infirmness of Yulin was very clear.Conclusion Source-markets terminal markets of Shaanxi all went up in 1999. In order to achieve the sustainable tourism, scientific market investigation and government′s direction are needed.
