Abstract
The chemical component of Ramaria eryuanensis include sterides,volatile oil, anthraquinone, coumarin, amino acid and carbohydrate.The extracts of Ramaria eryuanensis were studied for their insecticidal activities.The bioasssy result showed that, the extract of fruitbody and ethyl acetate partition showed higher activities against Plutella xylostella, the petroleum ether partition showed higher activities against Mythimna separata.Consider the activities and content, the petroleum ether partition was separated by the silica gel column.15 fractions were collected, among which fraction B1 showed mortality to 100% against M.separata, fraction B1, B2,BS,B6 and B7 showed mortality up to 90% against P.xylostella.
