Effects of an Actinomycete Metabolin on Mulberry Seeds Germination and Seedling Growth

Abstract
In order to extend the application of Actinomycete active substance,seed germination and seedling growth of mulberry seeds treated by Actinomycete AEC 2 metabolin in this paper.Results showed that Actinomycete AEC 2 metabolin could increase the quality and character of mulberry seeds by enhancing the germination rate and germination potential,shorten germination time,increase hypocotyl radicle.The influence was better at lower concentration.The metabolin also could rise soluble protein content remarkably,accelerate the translation of substance in seeds to soluble sugar,increase oxidase activities,balance oxidation and antioxidation.By this way,seedling metabolism was in the active state.In the range of the test concentration,the effect at 0.031 25 mg/ml was better.
