Abstract
The paper discusses the driver/controller PT6312 used in the VFD display system. Its features, functions and commands are analyzed here. Moreover, it is focused on the application in the VFD display system of Broadband Multimedia Gateway. The serial interface structure of the entire display system is demonstrated particularly and it emphasizes on the realization of the software.
