Abstract
This paper introduces a Network office automated system,which used Internet and visual studio.net technologies and based on three-layer Browse/Server/Database which contains user express layer,business logic layer and data access layer. The object of design and development of this system, system's structure, system's procedure, key technologies, mechanism in mistake are emphasized. A computer's software that is advanced, suitability, reliability and friend-user interface is developed based on the principles of holistic indemnificatory, suitability, modularization and authority for subdivision.
