From the energy management system functions and the relationship between energy and national economy to start,analysis the characteristics of China's energy management system,reviewed the evolution of China's energy management system;with the comparison of the management system between Canada and Japan,analysis the need of further reform for China's current energy management system;propose the further improvement recommendations for China's energy management system.
