Abstract
AIM: To study the effect of Benazepril on plasma angi ot ensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) and aldosterone(ALDO) levels in the rat heart failure model. METHODS: The cardiac failure animal model in rats were made by coarc tating abdomial aorta to get pressure load. The rats aged 8 months were divid ed into three groups: the heart failure group(n=34), the treatment grou p(n=34)and the control group(n=16). Plasma angiotensin Ⅱ and aldost erone were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA). RESULTS: The angiot ensin Ⅱ and aldosterone levels in the heart failure group were markedly higher than those in the others proups(P0.01). It was shown that angiotensin Ⅱ a nd aldosterone levels in the rats were correlated with cardiac failure in this research. The angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone levels of the treatment group decr eased was obvious after benazepril therapy (P0.01). CONCLUSION: Angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone played an important role in the pathogenes is of heart failure. Benazepril(ACEI) had a positive effect on the treatment and prognosis of cardiac insufficiency.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
