Abstract
Maize Zhengdan 958 was the kind of new compact vertical-leaf type variety.The experiment studied and explored physiological and ecological mechanism from the physiology and plants typical characteristic facet etc.,in order to provide theoretical basis for breeding new varieties and popularizing.The result indicated that most of the feature in high yield were production steadily,and early-maturing.Including follow reasons: The reasonable index of changing leaf-area,long time for corn leaves green-keeping,and aging slowly.The photosynthetic pigment,protein and the soluble sugar content in leaves were high,and MDA content were low.Photosynthetic capability were strong and photosynthetic efficiency were high.and grain big.Grouting time long,and velocity was quick,and thousand kernel weight was high.These results indicated that Zhengdan 958 was still the best corn variety for agricultural production.
