A solution which supports Cooperative Software Engineering (CSE) is presented here. Firstly, traditional process architecture supporting CSE is discussed and its defects are pointed out. Secondly, a Multi-Agent architecture is proposed which can overcome the defects and support CSE. CSCW (Computer Supported Cooperative Work) and SPT (Software Process Technology) are used inthe architecture. Five agents are defined in the architecture, i.e. coordinationAgent, mediate Agent, negotiation Agent, communication Agent and monitor Agent. Agora is introduced to where agents interact each other. Billboard of the Agora is introduced in order that Agent can search information easier.
