Abstract
Objective Understood the different groups old man mental health,in order to provide the evidence for the old man to carry out psychological care.Methods Symptom Check List-90,Social Support-rating Scale,Memorial University Of Newfoundland Scale of Happiness and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Sceal were administered to 414 people above 60 years old lived in community,geracomium,inpatient.Results The total score of SCL-90 correlated negatively with SSRS(r=-0.13,P 0.01),correlating negatively with MUNSH too(r=-0.516,P 0.01);while the total score of SCL-90 correlated positively with the CES-D(r=0.646,P 0.01);comparing mental health among community,geracomium,inpatient group,there is a significantly difference(P 0.01).Conclusion Community old man had a better mental health,hospital patients had a worse mental health.We need to strengthen the psychological care,targeted psychological intervention.
