Abstract
Study on the effects of some enzyme activity and MDA、chlorophyll content of Hongda tobacco seedling irradiated by 60Co-γ ray.The results showed that the MDA content was decreased,some enzyme activity was increased when the dosage was under 100 Gy.80 Gy was the fittest irradiation dose,MDA content decreased to 2.83×10-3mol/mg compared with ck;The activity of SOD was 8.4% above the ck,there was a positive correlation between SOD and irradiation dosage,the activity of POD was 2 times more than the ck and the activity of CAT was 1.2 times more than the ck;The content of chlorophyll a content was 1.1% above the ck and the content chlorophyll b of was 1.1% above the ck.
