Abstract
The purpose is to ensure the reasonable investment of safety capitals to the construction site. The relationship between construction site safety capital investment and total investment is analyzed to establish a secure capital investment evaluation model and put it into use.Through the project example and survey data, regression analysis method is applied to establish regression function and the regression function is used to make the safety evaluation on the total investment of specific projects. The results set up the safe investment evaluation model, clarify the reasonable safe investment to the concrete engineering project, establish the data datum of safe investment, strengthen the purpose of monitoring sense and overcome the subjectivity of the measure results then cause the computational process and the result even more tallies with the actual situation. The conclusions is that model can be used to guide safety capital inputs in the project construction site and ensure the implementation of the project scientific, economic, secure.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
