Abstract
It is proved that the developed agricultural socialization service system is an important symbol for modern agriculture and rural economy,and it is an important component for rural science and technology innovation system,it is an effective way to introduce into the rural the modern innovative elements such as the science and technology,talent,information,management and so on.This paper introduces the present situation of agricultural technology extension in China,summarizes and analyses the generalized experience and legislative situation for America,Canada,Japan and other developed countries,and suggests to improve the legal system,establish a complete organization structure,promote university-industry cooperation,joint enterprise and society participation,cultivate high-quality promotion team and use modern promotion means.
