The learning society construction of our country is urgent need to build a Credit Bankto form the hinge of lifelong learning Overpass,further open up the gap between various types of education and schools,and promote the integration of quality and blend of educational resources.How to build Credit Bank,on the one hand need to combined with the actual to enhance exploration,on the other hand need to draw on recognition and transfer of foreign experience,especially need to learn the successful method such as join and transfer policy of U.S.,European transfer and accumulation system,the Australian Qualifications Framework,South Korea credit bank system,credit transfer system in Canada to overcome their problems and difficulties.
