Abstract
Solanum nigrum L.is a rare and precious medical herb in China and mainly distributes in Qinghai Province.Because of the natural resources of Solanum nigrum L.ware destroyed seriously,the article researched the rate of germination during the process of artificial introduction and cultivation so as to offer substantial and theoretical foundation for protecting wild Solanum nigrum L.The result showed that Solanum nigrum L.had low rate of fructification in natural state,but dealt with GA3,KNO3,immersed seeds with hot water,low temperature and after ripening,the germination increased obviously.
