The Relationship Between VEGF-C, flt-4mRNA Expression and Lymphangiogenesis of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To probe into the function of VEGF-C, flt-4 in lymphangiogenesis in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods VEGF-C, flt-4 expression was detected with RT-PCR method in 47 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 15 cases of normal oral mucosa. The microlymphatic vessel density was detected with enzyme-histochemical reaction. Results The percentages of tumors with higher expression compared to the mean values of normal tissues were 57.4% for VEGF-C, 61.7% for flt-4(P0.025). Significant positive relationship was found between VEGF-C and MLVD, flt-4 and MLVD(P0.001). The mean MLVD was 14.04±6.92 in tumor group, 5.48±2.62 in normal group. There was significant difference in two group(P0.001). Conclusion VEGF-C, flt-4 gene may play a key role in lymphangiogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
