Abstract
In the 1980 s, Archine Mcgill, the deputy general manager of ATT company, creatively combined the coach technique, invented by an American tennis coach Timothy Gallway, with the management of enterprices. From then on, the concept of coach spread quickly in the west. With the expansion of the its application, universities began to learn this technique, and it was gradually accepted by the intellectuals and professors. It has been applied in various areas such as management, education,employment and so on. Applying coach technique in the ideological and political education in universities is a good example.
