Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To determine the contents of two coumarins in Angelica dahurica from different regions by HPLC.Methods A ULTRON VX-ODS column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water (V/∶V=65∶35,).The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min -1, and the detection wavelength was set at 249 nm.Results The linear ranges of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 5~50 mg·L -1 (correlation coefficient r= 0.999 8) and 2~20 mg·L -1 (correlation coefficient r= 0.999 9),respectively.The average recoveries of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 98.4%(RSD=1.2%) and 96.3% (RSD=1.7%), respectively. Conclusion There are great differences in the contents of two coumarines in Angelica dahurica from different regions. And the contents of two coumarines can provide a basis for the quality assessment for Angelica dahurica from different regions.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
