Composition Analysis of High-molecular-weight Subunits of Glutenin of Wheat Hybridization Progenies
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The compositions of high-molecular-weight(HMW) subunits of glutenin of the F2 progenies derived from Zhengzhou 9023×Yeereryan 4F were researched using sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) method in the present study. The results showed that two, three and one HMW subunit types of glutenin were found in the loci of Glu-A1,Glu-B1 and Glu-D1,respectively,and three composition types appeared. For Glu-A1,subunits 1 and N occurred, and the frequency of high quality subunit 1 was as high as 66.7%;for Glu-B1,the frequency of subunit pair 13+16 was the highest(55.6%);for Glu-D1,only subunit pair 5+10(regarded as the highest quality subunit pair in the world) appeared. The frequency of composition type 1,13+16 and 5+10 was the highest(55.6%),which contained high quality subunit 1 and subunit pair 5+10.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
