Abstract
To introduce the development situation of Canadian oil and natural gas drilling and production industry. The Canadian wire rope market were analyzed from the aspects of Canada oil drilling wire rope supplier and the application of wire rope for oil sand ore opencast mining etc. By introducing the application example of wire rope for excavator of Canadian Suncor energy co.,ltd.,the difficulties of domestic wire rope entering into Canadian market were expounded. The barrier of production technical,wire rope brand,marketing channel and customer faced when domestic wire rope entered into the market were discussed. The measures needing to take if wire rope of domestic companies which have passed the certification of API entered into Canadian market were put forth.
