Abstract
The leaves of E.ulmoides Olive were taken as explants and induced callus formation and proliferation.On the medium,the different concentrations of Cu2+ were supplemented into the media to study the effects on induction and proliferation of E.ulmoides Olive callus.The results showed that Cu2+ was advantageous to callus information,and the induction rates were the highest on the induction medium contained 1.0 mg/L Cu2+.Add 0.7 mg/L Cu2+ in value-added medium could proliferation growth quantity.The rates of induction and proliferation increased gradually along with the increasing of the concentrations of Cu2+.But the critical Cu2+content was 1.0 mg/L.
