Abstract
The problem of monetary aggregates,price and output's correlation is a key problem of selection for intermediate targets of monetary policy,it is also a disputed spot in academic circles.Empirical analysis shows: There is an exclusive co-integrated equation among price,output and M2;M2 has a negative correlative function of price but a positive correlative one of output and M2 has a faint influence on price but a pushing effect on production,employed co-integrated theory and VEC(Vector Error Correction)model for analysing quarterly data for the period from 1996 to the third quarter of 2005.And immediate academic analysis of economics also gives the cause of these situations coming forth in the existing circumstances
