Study on the Optimization of Liquid Medium and Handy Method of Determining Fermentation Terminus of Boletus of the Steppes

Abstract
The liquid fermentation medium formula of Boletus of the steppes was optimized according to the index of mycelia biomass. The results showed that the optimal carbon and nitrogen source were separately glucose and yeast powder, and the optimal medium formula was consisted of 2% glucose,3% corn meal,0.3% yeast powder,2% bran,0.1% KH2PO4,0.05% MgSO4·7H2O. A handy method of determining fermentation terminus was obtained because of changing law coherence of mycelia biomass and changing mass of flask along with change of fermentation time, and the optimal fermentation time was 240h.
