To deal with the output commutate equipment of factory-level high current, we can analyze acquisition of the full output data and establish a Real-time Closed-loop feedback control strategy which is easy-operating and has a fast response speed. Thus, the possibility of current's overshoot caused by the inertia of power motor will be sharply reduced. This paper compiles a control algorithm in PC with the help of the flexible embedded script language of WinCC and its support of multi-threads, and at the same time, the auto-control of several power machines is achieved. According to the comparison of collected current curves, this method is proved to be feasible.
