Abstract
By analyzing the current situation of the construction of the Party and the League for vocational college students,this essay expounds the significance of the subjectivity-oriented study to the construction. Besides,it discusses about specific ways and methods of the construction from the perspective of subjectivity in the aspects of giving full respect to students' subject status,bringing their subjectivity into play,paying attention to their personal development and reinforcing the institutional guarantee,to further enhance the appeal and influence of the construction as well as increasing its effectiveness.
