Abstract
This speaker -dependent and isolated-word voice recognition system was designed by using the 16-bit single chipSPCE061A produced by Linyang Sunplus Company as the central processor, applying its good capability in the digital voicesignal recognition,and adopting the LPCC and DTW theories as the core cf the recognition technology. The hardware circuit andthe software design were analyzed in detail.This system is very easy to be extended and applied due to its simple structure,highreliability and high performance to price ratio.
