Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

OBJECTIVE To explore the measures of the hand hygiene of medical staff and investigate the role of hand hygiene in the prevention of nosocomial infections so as to improve the compliance of the hand hygiene.METHODS The practice experience and the related literature report were summarized, the compliance of the hand hygiene of the medical staff was improved through strengthening the construction of hand hygiene facilities, actively publicizing, developing the hand hygiene training, and incorporating the hand hygiene condition to the performance appraisal.RESULTS The consumption of hand hygiene products showed an increasing trend after strengthening the hand hygiene compliance of healthcare work, increasing from three departments with the consumption more than 20 ml per bed day in the first quarter of 2009 to fourteen departments in the fourth quarter of 2010,however,the number of the departments with the consumption less than 5 ml per bed day decreased from 32 to 6.The incidence rate of nosocomial infections decreased from 3.1% in 3008 to 2.2% in 2009 and 1.7% in 2010,showing a downward trend.CONCLUSION It is an effective way to reduce the incidence rate of nosocomial infections through strengthening the concept and the intensity of implementation of hand hygiene.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
