Effects of Wheat Seedlings' Growth by Soaking Seeds with Different Vitamins on Different Salinity

Abstract
Through the indoor experiment,Soaking CHY16 wheat seeds with Vitamin C,B_1,PP,B_6(50mg/L) as a pretreatment.The results show that,under the different salinity,they have different effects on wheat.Depending on the sorts of vitamins,VB_6、Vc stimulate the germination percentage of wheat seeds,and the young plants to grow.They two also help the wheat to have a better ability to against the salt stress,increase the root growth,root TTC activity,and the content of proline.However VB_1、VPP restrain to do so.VPP even shows inhibition on wheat seedling growth.
