Abstract
In the third quarter 2010,thermal power enterprises in ten provinces showed deficit.Shanxi,with 70%power enterprises operating at a loss,is one of the provinces under serious deficit.In this paper,it points out the particularity of power enterprises and their importance in national economy and people's livelihood.The deficit of power enterprises is supposed to arouse widespread attention of the whole society,and measures should be adopted correspondingly to eliminate losses.
