Analysis of Quality of Wheat with Superstrengthening Gluten Shaanyou 225 and Its Derivative Strains
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Quality of Shaanyou 225 and its derivative strains from the wheat variety experimental and usual field of Zhengzhou Henan from 1999 to 2001 were analysed. The results showed that Shaanyou 225 would be a superstrong wheat variety with superstrengthening gluten. It was well matched in the strengthening of the gluten of the Australian Prime Hard (APH). It was also equal to the Canadian Western Extra strong Red Spring Wheat (CWESRS). The flour yield was so higher than that of other varieties that the grain could mix to mill with other varieties by a ratio. It was adapted for growing in the irrigation field of the plain zone of the middle fertility level of soil around Zhengzhou, Henan and also the irrigated and arid field of the hilly region. The quality of Shaanyou 225 was better and stable .The commercial production of wheat with superstrengthening gluten using Shaanyou 225 was done in the similar regions of the north, middle and west of Henan.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
