Identification and Quality Traits Analysis on A Big Seed Mutant bs-1 of Native Rice Variety Lailong in Guizhou
Bibliographic record
Abstract
A big seed mutant bs-1 was obtained and identified from EMS( Ethyl methyl sulfone) treated Guizhou native rice variety Lailong. The morphological and cytological observation,as well as photosynthetic characteristics and quality evaluation of this mutant have been investigated and analyzed in this study. The results showed that bs-1 mutant has the phenotype of one more internode, shorten internode length, longer internode cell and larger grain size compared to wild type. Both the bs-1 mutant and wild type maintain a increasing photosynthetic rate during the early stage of growth, while a higher net photosynthetic rate was observed in bs-1 plants during all growth stages. Comparison of rice quality traits between bs-1 mutant and wild type indicated that bs-1 mutant has the same level of gel consistency, alkali spreading value, zinc content as wild type. While it has lower content of 16 amino acids, crude protein, crude fiber and iron and higher content of amylase, phenylalanine and selenium.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
