TOC's application in process management is intituled as CCM(Critical chain method).The content of this paper includes estimating task duration,identifying critical chain and setting buffers'size.Furthermore it advances a concept of work efficiency to get PB,brings forward the condition of feeding buffer to account FB's size and sets secure sign to instantly control the risk of project.Not only a arithmetic is advanced but also some example are given to account for it.It exactly enhanced CCM's application in Process management.
