Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

International energy trade in one nation plays a significant role in the national economy and interacts with the macroeconomic condition.Energy is sensitive to overall economy, especially economic or financial fluctuation, such as financial crisis.China is an energy-intensive nation and has huge demands to the crude oil, coal, and natural gas in economic development.Meanwhile,China is now more than ever reliant on foreign energy. In current economic situation, how to search opportunities for facilitating international energy trade in China and promoting further development in the whole energy industry are keys to national economy development. This paper aims at comparing background and situation of international energy trade in China under the two financial crises(1997~1998 Asian financial crisis and the current subprime mortgage crisis),trying to promoting both challenges and opportunities China is now facing in international energy trade.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
