China' s township enterprise is an economic organization forms that general farmer to participate in industrialization process in benefit division,in the reform and open policy initial period.The township enterprise had emerged vigorous in the reform and open policy initial period,under combined action of all quarter strength,such as community government,township enterprises operators,and so on.But township enterprise can not but carry on transforming,because it is growth potential serious insufficient,along with market economy system reform unceasingly development.
