Abstract
The corporation is one of the most important investment instruments.The legal regulation on the corporate capital based on the shareholder's investments is the most important legal system of the corporate law all over the world.The thesis carries out a comparative study on the limited liability company rules on capital formation and capital maintenance of the cross strait company law for the benefit of the investment of the mainland businessmen in Taiwan.
