Abstract
Eucalyptus globulus is one of China's three major tree species for forestation. To understand the effect of temperature on allelopathy of Eucalyptus globulus,the Eucalyptus globulus seeds and Raphanus sativa seeds were treated by the 5 ℃,15 ℃,25 ℃,35 ℃ water extracts of Eucalyptus globulus branches and leaves,observed the effect on the seed germination and seedling growth. The concentrations of the three solutions were0. 067 g / mL,0. 022 g / mL and 0. 007 g / mL. The results showed that the different temperature of water extract of Eucalyptus globulus Seeds Germination and seedling growth of the overall effect,as the concentration decreased role in enhancing,part of the test indicators showed different temperature water extract significant or extremely significant difference between allelopathy,but generally smaller differences.
