Abstract
Objective To understand the differences in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) treatment and hospital mortality between Canada and China.Methods Applying Chi square test to compare the differences of cornary angiography(CAG) rate,percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) rate and hospital mortalitiy between China and Canada.Results In China,the CAG rate(68.48%) and coronary artery bypass graft(CABG) rate(2.3%) were lower than those of in Canada(56.98%,4.9%).But the PCI rate(91.68%) and hospital mortality(10.18%) in China were higher than those of in Canada(56.98%,4.9%).Conclusion The application of CABG varies in China and in Canada.It is necessary to analyze it deeply.
