Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy by acupuncturing six-meridian Yuan point of hands and feet. Methods: We randomly devide 40 patients diagnosed diabetic peripheral neuropathy into two groups,with 20 cases in each group. Record Toronto clinical grading of neuropathy and clinical effects. Results: The acupuncture group could significantly reduce Toronto clinical grading of neuropathy,compared with the medicine group( P 0. 05). The total clinical efficiency was 95%. Conclusion: The clinical effect is remarkable in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by acupuncturing six-meridian Yuan point of hands and feet.
