Abstract
The peroxidase isozyme of 23 cultivated buckwheats in Bijie region was studied by means of polyacrylamide gel eletrophoresis(PAGE).The result showed that there were a total of twelve bands of peroxidase isoenzyme.Among them,F.esculentum and F.tataricum respectively had a total of eight bands and ten bands among different cultivals.The zymographs analysis and system analysis result showed that there were some genetic difference intraspecify,but the difference was not significant compared with interspecific crossing.
