Legal and accounting is an item with the relevant services and legal norms to regulate the need for accounting services.according to this logic, we can be logically explains the need for legal accounting standards.meanwhile, practice supervising departments to support the idea of the workability of such as the American institute of certified public accountants(CICA)in a number of guiding document of the provisions relating to legal services;the Canadian institute of certified public accountants(CICA) in its legal accounting draft also made similar provisions in our country by 2009;on the issue of the member of the CPA also been providing legal services for the members of the norms of behavior to make regulations.Australia is one of the legal accounting rules that, compared with other countries, the legal and accounting most salient characteristic is that it was also the internal unity and professional quality standards of conduct, and others falling in many standard practice.
