Abstract
There are some practical problems in unemploy ment security system for college graduates in our country,for instance,it is relatively passive in security system,itlacks humanity in service system,qualifications are not strictly enough,etc.However,Canada's unemployment insurance system for college graduates is more active,with great consideration of the flow of population and economic level among different regions.And in UK,it is humanized serving in its security system and its qualification is quite strict.All these good experience abroad can be cited as reference in improvement of Chinese system.Specifically,changing the place of leasing unemployment compensationfrom domicile to the city where college graduates hunt jobs,making the qualification of the students who receive unemployment assistance payments more strict,and at the same time making the services more humanized.
