Abstract
Stems with axillary buds from Polygala fallax Hemsl were used as explants for tissue culture.The results showed that the suitable medium of explants inducing was 1/2 MS supplemented with BA 2.0 mg/Land NAA 0.1 mg/L,and the inducing rate was 95.1%.The WPM supplemented with BA 1.5 mg/L and NAA 0.1 mg/Lwas the optimized proliferating medium with multiplication coefficient being 6.12 and the growth cycle being 25 d,and the shoots grew well.The best rooting medium was 1/2 WPM supplemented with IBA 0.1 mg/L and ABT 0.4 mg/L,and the rooting rate was 95.67%.The plantlets were transplanted in mixture media with peat,yellow soil and perlite(2∶1∶1),and the survival rate was 92.6%.
