Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A TuMV isolate (TuMV-WZ) was collected from Brasscia rapa L. in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. Observed under electron microscopy, many linear virions whose lengths were about 700nm could be found. By means of immunotrapping polymerase chain reation (PCR), TuMV-WZ HC-Pro gene was amplified by PCR with special primers. There was a 1.5kb special stripe in 0.8% agarose gel electrophoresis. After being purified, PCR Product was sequenced. The sequence result showed it was composed of 1449 nucleotides encoding a polypeptide of 482 amino acids. Nucleotide homogeneity of HC-Pro gene of TuMV-WZ isolate with those of other isolates (Canada, UK1 and Japanese) was 83.9%, 96.5% and 94.0%, respectively. Amino acid percentage similarity ofTuMV-WZ HC-Pro gene with other isolates was 97.3% , 98.8% and 99.0% , respectively.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
