Abstract
This paper presents that an excessive burden of vehicles monitoring system design for city free traffic.this system assembles multiple techniques such as advanced aotomatic weight sensing,vedio-supervisory,plate number identification and intelligent management into an integrated management system by communication network,computer hardware and software technology.The algorithm use the comprehensive detection data to identify the excessive burden of vehicle intelligently.This integrated technology makes the system performance synthetizing and high-efficiency with the advantages of integration,real-time and intelligence.This system keeps ahead in field of road-bridge vehicle management sysyem.It already has applied on Wuhan Baishazhuo Bridge and is thought excellent.
