Deficiencies exposed in oil spill emergency response of Ningbo port after elucidating oil spill incident of oil tanker “Daqing 50”is pointed out and demonstration of how oil spill was recovered is given,with intent to consummate the Oil Emergency Response System of Ningbo Port and enhance oil spill response ability by analysis of actual oil spill response example.
